Start 👉  Suppose if we have a  spring whose mass is equal to m=m if we compress a spring then some energy are stored in spring mean total mass is equal to m=m+energy
By Einstein E=delta mc² or or delta m=E/C² light is constant so mass is directly proportional to  Energy
So we can conclude that compress spring has more mass than the un compressed spring
